Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide high-quality digital products and coaching services to help language teachers grow. Due to the nature of our services, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
1. Digital Products & Mini-Offers
All purchases of digital products (such as guides, templates, and mini-courses) are final and non-refundable. Since these are instantly accessible upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds.
2. One-time Strategy Call
- If you need to reschedule your strategy call, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls without prior notice are not refundable.
3. Coaching Programs (e.g., 30-Day 0 to Hero Program)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, valid for all students, in accordance with Hotmart’s global policy(Course Hosting Platform).
Since this program includes personalized 1-on-1 training and begins immediately after payment confirmation, refunds will not be granted after this period, even if the student does not complete the program.
For customers in the European Union (EU), by starting the course, you agree to waive your legal right to cancel within 14 days, as the service is digital and begins immediately.

4. No-Show Policy (For Strategy Calls & Coaching Sessions)
Your time is valuable, and so is ours! To ensure a smooth experience, please review our no-show policy:
- If you do not show up for a scheduled coaching session or strategy call and fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, your session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled without a refund at our discretion.
- We allow one reschedule per client with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us first before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We’re happy to resolve any concerns.
